This privacy policy applies to the DepCalc app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by DepSolutions (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Commercial service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application adheres to a strict "Local First" privacy philosophy.

1. No Personal Data Collected The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location data. We do not require you to create an account to use the Application.

2. Local Data Storage All data entered into the Application—including but not limited to shift balances, cash counts, profit calculations, and inventory quotas—is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage mechanisms (UserDefaults).

• This data remains exclusively on your device.
• The Service Provider has no access to your business data or financial inputs.
• If you delete the Application from your device, all locally stored data will be permanently removed.

3. Third-Party Access Since the Application does not collect user data, no data is shared with third parties. The Application does not contain third-party tracking, analytics, or advertising SDKs.

Permissions

The Application requires minimal permissions to operate. It does not request access to sensitive device features such as the Camera, Microphone, GPS Location, or Contacts.

Security

The security of your data relies on the security of your device. We recommend that you keep your device software updated and use standard device security features (such as Passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID) to prevent unauthorized access to the Application's data.
